Returns and Refunds:

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all eligible products.

If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase within 14 days of receiving it, simply let us know, and we'll happily provide a full refund or exchange.

To qualify for a refund or return, the item must be in its original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. Additionally, you are responsible for covering the shipping cost for the return. 

Refund Process:

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

The refund process takes about 3-5 business days on our end.

However, as banks require processing time, the refund may not be reflected in your account for up to 10 business days.

If you have yet to receive your refund after 15 business days, please contact your bank for further assistance.

Exchanges:

We encourage our customers to carefully review the sizing, colors, and other relevant information provided in the product description on the product page before making a purchase.

However, we understand that mistakes can happen, and we have your back.

Cancellations:

We understand that circumstances may change, and you may need to cancel your order. 

We accept cancellation of orders within 24 hours of receiving it or before the item has been shipped.

To cancel an order, please contact our support team at support@gamerstopia.com, and our team will assist you in processing the cancellation.

Defective or Damaged Goods:

In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective item, we're here to help. 

Please contact our support team and provide details of the damage or defect, including photos if possible.

We will send you a replacement package at no additional cost to you.

Exceptions:

We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Gift cards are also non-returnable and non-refundable.
